Informed by the practice that my medication and chronic illness review was due and told to call and select option "0". This does not work, it again tells you to select that option.....again...and again. Option "1" is usually at "Full Capacity" or on "Black Alert". The NHS App does not give an option for an appointment, only for Covid or Flu Jabs. So, how can I make an appointment?

Sort the appointment system out! Employ more people so you can speak to someone! Stop this reliance on IT and automated systems!

Went for my flu vaccination. Very friendly welcome, large queue but well organised and received my injection within 3 minutes and 10 minutes before my appointment time. Outstanding person focused care. Thank you to all the team

This is one of the Best.surgery’s we have ever been to from reception through to Doctors and the prescription desk I can’t fault anyone long may this continue……..

I was seen by Practice nurse, Laura King, for my annual review. She was most helpful.. Efficient,courteous. She gave me plenty of information and discussed my results. I felt comfortable and informed. A great recommendation for nursing and the surgery. I even has access to a surgery wheelchair which made my diff ulcer walk through the surgery much easier.

I didn’t have any problems. The appointments were made at a convenient time to me, over the online after a reminder.
